ADEVI 2012 award to Don José Pérez Tirado

 

On 26 and 27 January 2012 the day doctor legal I of the Bar Association of victims "ADEVI" under the title "current deficiencies and suggestions for improvement in the Legal system of valuation of the personal injury", with important speakers such as Don Juan Antonio Xiol Ríos, President of the Civil Division of the Supreme Court was held at the College of lawyers of Malaga, and where also participated as a speaker our Director General don José Pérez Tirado, who received at the end of the Congress award ADEVI 2012 for their constant and permanent commitment in the defence of the rights of the victims of traffic accidents.

 

On this day, the Ltdo. José Pérez Tirado as an expert in the field and as a lawyer and spokesman for the associations of victims in the Committee of experts of the Directorate General insurance for the reform of the scale outlined in a paper which aroused great interest, the shortcomings of the current assessment system and proposals for its improvement.
